Refund policy
The return policy for purchased used merchandise is as follows
We will accept returns if you contact us within 6 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping charges (including handling charges for cash on delivery) and bank transfer charges if the return is at the customer's convenience.
We will not accept returns or refunds if we cannot confirm the return shipment within 7 days from the date of arrival.
In the case of a return due to our failure, we will refund both the shipping and handling costs after confirming the return of the merchandise.
In the case of products ordered by the customer, products made to order, products that have been modified at the customer's request such as refrets, and products that have been opened and then delivered to the customer, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds.NewAfter opening the package, we do not accept returns or cancellations.
