To briefly explain the job, the main duties involve customer service and mail-order support related to the purchase and sale of musical instruments, as well as related tasks such as product photography, website posting, and social media updates.

Our job is to help improve our customers' musical lives through the buying and selling of musical instruments and other related services.

I have this image that music stores have sales quotas, and if they don't meet them, employees get their salaries cut or are forced to buy products themselves (self-destructive sales tactics), which makes me uneasy...
It seems that quite a few people feel that way. I was actually anxious about it myself when I changed jobs.
But don't worry,TCGAKKIThe group does not do that.
Of course, it's essential for the company to set goals and work hard to achieve them, but we would never pressure employees into self-destructive sales practices to meet those goals.
I was also worried that if I turned it into a job, I might start to dislike playing instruments, but those worries were unfounded.
My seniors always talk about musical instruments even outside of work, and I can really feel how much they love them. I'm also steadily accumulating more instruments in my room.

Many people have the impression that working at a musical instrument store involves few days off and a lot of overtime.
I've actually heard from an acquaintance who works at a music store that overtime is commonplace, taking time off is rare, and they even have to work every day during the New Year's sales.

We place great importance on "finishing work on time," and all staff members plan their day assuming they will leave work at 8:20 PM, the end of their working hours.
There are occasional instances where overtime is required for events or photo shoots that cannot be handled outside of regular hours, but these are rare. Therefore, if you stay late without permission, you'll likely be scolded by your senior colleagues and told to "go home!"

We have a regular day off on Wednesdays, plus a day assigned to each staff member, so we schedule shifts to ensure everyone gets two days off a week, and we usually have four days off during the New Year's holiday. It might be unusual for a music store to be closed during the New Year's holiday.
I am very happy that I can go to the shrine with my family every New Year, and each of our staff members is able to cherish their private time.

Without specialized knowledge and experience with musical instruments, you can't even begin to understand them.RecruitMany people worry that they won't be rewarded, but what we're looking for is not knowledge or experience, but rather someone who takes their work seriously and can flexibly handle situations as part of a team.
Knowledge is necessary, but time will take care of it. Your seniors will teach you everything from scratch, and we have a comprehensive training program for customer service, so please don't worry. I actually joined the company with no experience and learned everything from there.

No educational qualifications required / No experience necessary. We have a comprehensive training program, so you can learn with confidence. We value motivation more than knowledge or experience, and we are looking for someone who can take their work seriously.
We are looking for individuals who aspire to become full-time employees. Even if you have no prior experience working in a musical instrument store, please don't worry; almost all of our current staff joined with no prior experience. Experienced individuals will be given preferential treatment depending on the nature of their experience. Working hours: 11:00 AM - 8:20 PM. Closed on Wednesdays (open on public holidays). Shift system. Overtime is rare.
