Things I'm glad/unhappy about since joining the company

[Good things]
・Since it's not a chain store, there's no worry about being transferred
・You can go out on weekdays (it's less crowded and more relaxing)
・It's a small company, so it's easy to get along with everyone.
・The company culture, starting with the president, is flexible, allowing employees to demonstrate their abilities without being constrained by seniority.
・Since it's a town where I know many people from my vocational school days, I felt a sense of security from the moment I joined the company (personally).

[Things I did wrong]
・You'll encounter all kinds of instruments, making you want to get your hands on them (everyone)
・With plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, it's easy to get away from cooking at home.
・Since it's in the city center, rent prices are high for nearby residents.

Daily Schedule

11Time: After arriving at work, perform environmental maintenance such as cleaning.
11:00 AM–1:00 PM: Utilize the time before opening for various meetings,YouTubeVideo Concept Consultation/Perform the filming.
1:00 PM to 8:00 PM: After opening, focus primarily on video editing while keeping an eye on sales floor support. Simultaneously prepare videos and announcements for release that day.SNSand other communications.
Throughout the day: External tasks as a PR representative occur irregularly, so video-related schedules are set by the other party.1Adjust schedules flexibly while maintaining weekly and monthly forecasts. During breaks in video editing, I check inventory across sales floors and gather feedback from staff to refine future strategies and develop video concepts.

Things I'm glad/unhappy about since joining the company

[Good things]
・Respecting individuality and enabling work that leverages one's strengths.
・The opportunity to take on major projects in fields like music and film production.
・Prone to losing sight of the essenceBusinessIn this world, our company policy—starting with customer service—is to remain sincere toward instruments, music, and people.
・You can experience many fascinating instruments, constantly learning and keeping your curiosity alive.
・The items listed above were supported by music.10I can be proud of myself at this age. Being in that environment.
・An open workplace where every staff member's opinion is genuinely listened to.
・Comprehensive benefits including paid leave. Year-end and New Year holidays are provided, allowing time with important colleagues and ensuring well-being.
・A homey workplace. While this phrase is often seen in job postings, it truly reflects the reality here—there are many trustworthy supervisors and colleagues, and daily communication is genuinely enjoyable.

[Things I did wrong]
・I get so hooked on the charm of musical instruments that I end up buying too many.(That said, it's not all bad.)
・With many employees who feel young at heart, all anxieties about age disappear.(That said, it's not all bad.)
・Due to extensive desk work, my eyesight has deteriorated.

Things I'm glad/unhappy about since joining the company

[Good things]
As the largest used instrument store in Tokyo and the largest in Japan,NewWorking here allows me to handle far more instruments than I ever could at a regular music store. The knowledge and experience gained here are unmatched anywhere else, making it an irresistible environment for anyone who loves instruments.
Moreover, precisely because the company isn't as large as a major music store, we can handle a wide range of products and are given the freedom to make proposals as we see fit, which makes it enjoyable.

[Things I did wrong]
It's not so much because of this company, but rather the nature of working in a music store/customer service role that tends to slow down your daily rhythm. Also, it might often be difficult to coordinate schedules with people who have weekends off.
