We are a music store specializing in used instruments. We primarily operate as a specialist shop for wind instruments such as trumpets and saxophones, offering sales, repairs, and buyback services to support our customers' musical lives in every way. We also sell some traditional Japanese instruments such as shakuhachi and shamisen, as well as violins.

Recently, our staff have been proactively finding excellent products from overseas, expanding our business as an import agent and authorized retailer.

Our business activities can be broadly divided into three categories: sales, repairs, and purchases.

Sales staff primarily assist customers with instrument testing and helping them choose the right instrument.

We strive to understand the needs and concerns of a wide range of customers, from those who want to start playing an instrument to students and veteran players, and offer suggestions that best meet their requirements.

Characteristics of used musical instruments include:NewUnlike other instruments, the condition of each instrument upon arrival varies.NewThe condition of instruments varies greatly depending on their usage, such as those that have been stored away and hardly used for a long time.NewRepair and adjustment are essential to ensure that all models are available under the same conditions.

The second main service we offer is repair work. More than half of our staff are also responsible for repairing their respective instruments. Basically, this involves tasks such as cleaning, polishing, and adjusting the instruments in our inventory to make them ready for sale. One of the unique attractions of a used instrument shop is the opportunity to work with a variety of historically significant instruments, including rare vintage instruments that are no longer manufactured. (It's irresistible for instrument lovers!)

In addition, we receive many requests for regular maintenance (adjustments under warranty), replacement of consumables on customers' instruments, and consultations regarding customization.

Another distinctive feature is that there is no barrier between the sales area and the repair area on the floor. Repair work is not something you do silently behind the scenes, but rather something you do while communicating with customers, which makes it very rewarding.

Thirdly, we offer trade-in services for instruments being bought or replaced, as well as purchasing instruments that are no longer in use. We accurately assess the history, manufacturing background, and current condition of each instrument to determine its value and provide initial support to ensure it finds a new owner.

Our store has a veteran manager with over 30 years of experience in the industry, having seen countless musical instruments, and enjoys the deep trust of our customers.
