If you ever grow tired of it or simply get bored, that's perfectly fine. We'd be happy to buy it back from you!!
We will trade in your device for 80% of the purchase price (excluding tax) within one month of purchase.
(Items must be in the same condition as when purchased and have a pre-tax retail price of ¥20,000 or more. The value of the purchased item must be equal to or greater than the trade-in item. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.)
※Even if the period has passed, it's okay—please allow us to buy it back anytime. Buyback only is also acceptable.

If your product malfunctions or stops producing sound after purchase, we will provide free service. Please feel free to contact us. Warranty periods vary by product.

◎The following cases will incur a fee
・If you wish to request modifications, special adjustments, etc.
・When replacement of consumable parts such as batteries is required
・If repairs, modifications, etc., are performed at a location other than our store
・Damage caused by customer negligence or intentional acts
・Processing and modification of components
・Repairing scratches, repainting, and polishing
・Repairs and part replacements required for custom setups
・Products without warranty

◎Please note in advance
・Items such as junk goods and other non-warranty items are excluded.
・Some parts may be difficult to source, making repairs impossible in certain cases. Additionally, tone and playing feel may change after repairs.
・Used items do not come with manufacturer warranties or similar guarantees.
・Please bear the shipping costs for sending and returning the item for repair.
・Due to the condition or structure of the instrument, it may not be possible to achieve your desired settings or sound.
・If you do not bring the warranty card, the item will not be covered under warranty.
・If the item is beyond repair or the repair cost exceeds the purchase price, we will exchange it for an item of equivalent value.
・The warranty applies only to the original owner who purchased the item.
・Items resold are excluded from coverage even within the warranty period.

We will provide free service for the following defects occurring during normal use within one month or six months after purchase.
・Playing issues such as buzzing or muffled sounds
・Bracing detachment, bridge detachment, binding detachment
• If the string height has changed significantly since purchase
※Please note that shipping costs for sending strings, consumable/replacement parts, or repair items, as well as return shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer.

◎The following cases will incur a fee
・Cracks, splits, discoloration, and warping in the wood
※Please note that even during normal use, charges will apply due to the nature of the product.
Adjustments, replacements, and repairs as needed to suit your preferences
※String height/saddle adjustment, neck ironing/resetting, fret leveling, scratch repair, refinishing, etc.
• Modifications, special adjustments
・Replacement of consumable parts such as batteries, nuts, and saddles
• Processing and modification of components
Damage caused by customer negligence or intentional acts
Damage or malfunction caused by natural disasters

• Electrical components such as pickups and preamps, as well as accessories other than the instrument itself, are not covered under warranty.

◎Warranty Coverage (Up to 1 Year)
Upon arrival, we perform internal cleaning, replace consumables as needed, and carry out necessary repairs and maintenance. Should the instrument malfunction or stop producing sound during normal use, we will address the issue free of charge.

◎The following cases will incur a fee
• If you wish to have parts machined, modified, or undergo special adjustments, etc.
・If adjustments or repairs are performed by anyone other than our store or by yourself
• When replacement of consumables (such as tampons, cork, felt, etc.) is required
• Damage caused by customer negligence or intentional acts
• Scratch repair, repainting and polishing, interior cleaning
・Replacement and repair required for settings tailored to specific preferences

Is it okay for minors?
Minors may sell items, but parental consent is required. Please see this 'Purchase Acceptance LetterPlease print out the form, fill it out, and either bring it with you or send it along with your instrument.

 

Regarding Reservations
・The reservation period is within 3 business days, including the date of your request.
・If you wish to extend the reservation period due to unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to contact us.

 
Regarding the Sale
・The sale is considered finalized once the purchase is confirmed and a deposit is received.
・The reservation period is one week.
・If you cancel after the sale is confirmed, or if you do not purchase the item within the sale period, the sale will be deemed void. In either case, the deposit will not be refunded.


Regarding Storage of Purchased Items After Purchase 
・If you do not pick up your purchased item within 30 days, we will ship it to you with shipping charges payable upon delivery.Furthermore, if the consigned item is returned to our store and we send an email to the provided address requesting pickup, but receive no reply or specific instructions for pickup within 10 days (including if the COD shipment is returned twice), we will consider ownership abandoned and dispose of the consigned item at our discretion. Please understand this policy.You agree that the disposition of the items is entirely at our discretion. (This also applies if we cannot reach you by phone or if you do not reply to our emails.)


Regarding Appraisal and Storage
・Appraisals are limited to instruments owned by the customer.
・We will contact you once the appraisal is complete, so please proceed with the necessary steps.
・If you are not satisfied with the appraisal, we will promptly return the item. (Please note that if you wish to have it shipped back, we will send it collect.)
・If you do not complete the necessary procedures or collect your items within 30 days after receiving our appraisal notification, we will return them to you with shipping charges payable upon delivery.Furthermore, if the consigned item is returned to our store and we send an email to the provided address requesting its collection, but receive no reply or specific instructions for collection within 10 days (including if the COD shipment is returned twice), we will consider ownership abandoned and dispose of the consigned item at our discretion. Please be aware of this policy.You agree that the disposition of the items entrusted to us is entirely at our discretion. About Repairs 
・Repairs are limited to instruments owned by the customer.
・Once you have agreed to the estimate and we have begun work, cancellation is not possible.
・If we are unable to reach you for over two weeks after contacting you regarding estimates or additional repairs following your repair request, we will halt the repair process and return the instrument to you collect. Furthermore, if any work has been performed up to that point, we will charge you for the corresponding labor costs via cash on delivery.
・If you do not pick up your repaired item within one month after notification of completion, we will return it to you with shipping charges payable upon delivery.Furthermore, if the item is returned to our store and we send an email to the provided address requesting pickup, but receive no reply or specific instructions for pickup within 10 days (including if the COD shipment is returned twice), we will consider ownership abandoned and dispose of the item at our discretion. Please be aware of this policy.You agree that the disposition of the consigned items is entirely at our discretion. (This also applies if we cannot reach you by phone or if you do not reply to emails sent to you.)
・If other malfunctions or symptoms are identified during the repair process, we may contact you regarding a change to the estimate amount.
・Depending on the repair work, an additional estimate fee may apply.
・Even if you decide not to proceed with the repair after receiving an estimate, you will be responsible for the estimate fee.
・We will perform repairs with the utmost care, but we cannot be held responsible for minor damage resulting from the work (such as small scratches, dents, slight changes in texture or color, etc.).
・Delivery dates may change due to various circumstances, including production processes.
・For repairs requiring part replacement, certain parts may not be available. In such cases, we will proceed using equivalent replacement parts.
・Parts deemed unusable during replacement will be disposed of unless specifically requested otherwise by the customer. Customers wishing to retain parts should indicate this in this document.
・In the event of unexpected natural disasters or accidents causing damage to items in our care, we will provide repair services. However, we cannot accept responsibility beyond this.
・If a defect occurs in the repaired area, we will repair it again. The repair warranty period is generally 90 days from the date of repair completion.
・Parts other than those repaired, as well as any parts provided by the customer, are not covered under warranty.
