Generally, we have two days off per week in shifts.
(e.g., two days off on Mondays and Wednesdays, etc.)
Sales staff are required to work on busy Saturdays and Sundays.
In case of weddings, funerals, or special circumstances, they can take a day off if they apply in advance.
As for Wednesdays, which are our regular closing days, we will be closed on Wednesdays during the month for inventory, training, etc.1In addition, we may work on Wednesdays, which are closed, for inventory, training, etc., once a month.
There is very little overtime work.
There are times when shift changes and overtime work may be required in consideration of the nature of the work, but these are rare.
