Many people who play wind instruments belong to orchestras or similar groups, so the gender ratio is roughly equal.

Because many people play wind instruments in school clubs or orchestras, our services are used by a wide range of people, from students to senior citizens.

Each sales area has a dedicated staff member (specialist) in charge of the instrument. In addition to sales staff, we also have store managers/leaders and repair staff. The average commute time is 50 minutes. Many of our staff commute from within Tokyo, as well as from Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba prefectures, and most have a door-to-door commute of less than an hour. Compared to typical companies, our work start time is a little later, allowing employees to avoid rush hour congestion and commute at a leisurely pace.
