Hello! I'm Oda, the Bass player.
TMG Guitar, for which TCGAKKI serves as the official distributor.
We’ve handled numerous guitars and Basses over the years.
We’ve taken a number of custom Bass orders at our customers’ request,
but in terms of sheer numbers, guitars far outnumber them.
I can’t help but wonder if the appeal of TMG Guitar Basses still isn’t widely known yet!
With that in mind,
so this time, I’d like to introduce the two HAVEN basses we currently have in stock!
First up is this white one!
TMG Guitar/2025 HAVEN
It features a swamp ash body and a roasted flame maple neck.
Characterized by its striking appearance, it features neck binding and block position marks.
It’s equipped with Aguilar pickups; although passive, they offer a wide dynamic range and deliver a well-balanced output with clear bass and crisp mid-to-high frequencies!
While it has the clean, crisp sound characteristic of swamp ash, it also delivers solid midrange presence and rich harmonics, making it a pleasure to play whether fingerstyle or slap.
Because the natural sound is rich and clear, it’s easy to work with whether you’re using an amp or a line input—it’s a reliable guitar for everything from live performances to recording!
Here’s another one in Dakota Red!
TMG Guitar/Haven Dakota Red
Featuring a matching headstock in Dakota Red, this guitar exudes a cute charm while its aged finish gives it a sophisticated presence.
In addition to the traditional alder body and rosewood fingerboard configuration, it features a roasted maple neck.
It incorporates modern elements, such as a BADASS II bridge and TMG’s original 1/8-inch-thick steel plate for the neck set plate.
The nut width is 42 mm—the same as a PB model—but the headstock features a soft V-shape, providing a natural and comfortable grip.
The sound delivers the characteristic fullness of alder while maintaining a tight, cohesive overall tone. It’s an easy-to-play guitar that perfectly balances richness and clarity!
