Notice Regarding the Temporary Suspension of New Repair Requests

Thank you very much for your continued support of TC-TUNE.

We are truly grateful to continue receiving a large number of repair inquiries and requests from our customers.

In light of this situation, TC-TUNE will temporarily suspend the acceptance of new repair requests for two weeks, from 8:00 PM on Sunday, September 12, through 8:00 PM on Saturday, September 26.

Suspension Period for New Repair Requests

September 12 (Sat) at 8:00 PM – September 26 (Sat) at 8:00 PM

During this period, we will not be accepting new repair reservations or receiving items for repair.
For customers who have already made reservations, we will proceed as scheduled.

Please note that while we will continue to accept inquiries via chat during the suspension period, we will generally not be accepting new repair requests or receiving items for repair.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

We plan to resume accepting new repair requests starting at 8:00 PM on Saturday, September 26.

We ask that those considering placing a request please be patient and wait a little longer until we resume accepting orders.
