We will resume accepting new repair requests today, Saturday, September 26, at 8:00 PM, after having temporarily suspended the service starting at 8:00 PM on Saturday, September 12.
We are grateful to have received many inquiries about repairs even during the suspension period, so we anticipate a high volume of requests for a while after we resume accepting them.
If you have plans to use your instrument for a live performance, recording, or other purposes, we would appreciate it if you could submit your request with as much lead time as possible.
If you have any concerns or issues regarding your instrument—such as adjustments, repairs, or modifications for guitars and basses—please submit a request via the “Repair Ticket” section on our website.
