We're unveiling for the first time the modified guitar that staff member Hoshino uses most often!

Hello, this is Hoshino from Advance G uitars.

I usually work on the acoustic floor, but actually, my main instrument is the electric guitar!

Since my main instrument has some interesting features, I thought I’d introduce it to you.

Gibson Custom Shop Historic Collection 1955 Les Paul Gold Top

While the standard 1955 spec features a wrap-around bridge and two P-90 pickups, this guitar is equipped with humbucking pickups (Gibson Live Buckers).

It’s been modified to resemble Jeff Beck’s Oxblood model!
Actually, it looks just like Tak Matsumoto’s 1955 Les Paul from B’z!

Speaking of modifications, the “Modified Guitar Contest” is back again this year!

We’re currently accepting entries!

Whether it’s a guitar, an electric Bass, or an acoustic guitar, why not submit a creation that reflects your ideas and passion?
