Despite being a very niche product, our valve springs for the Karikio have been extremely well-received, so for some reason, we’ve decided to release a second installment.
We’ve even gone ahead and named it the “Karikio Reissue Series.” We’ve just decided to turn it into a series on our own.
So, what’s the big deal this time...
Valve guides!!! (Why?)
I doubt there’s a single shop anywhere in the world that sells this part...
I couldn’t find any. So I made my own.
If you ask me where the demand for this comes from, I’m a bit stumped myself, but over the years, the “claw” part that catches the valve has worn down, and I’ve even had requests to repair guides that were “deformed during cleaning.”
If Caliccio users around the world can play with peace of mind, I’ll be satisfied.

*This part was manufactured for Calicchio models in the 5800 series in Bass. Generally speaking, models from the 7000 series onward and those from the Tulsa era onward have undergone specification changes, so the valve guides will need to be modified. We have not confirmed compatibility with early models (those made by Mr. Dominique).
