After purchasing, if something goes wrong or the sound stops coming out, we will repair it free of charge. The warranty period varies depending on the product.
Acoustic guitar (guarantee: up to 6 months)
We will respond free of charge to any problems that occur during normal use for one or six months after purchase.
Wind instruments (up to 1 year)
Upon arrival, we clean the pipes, replace consumables as needed, and perform repairs and maintenance as necessary. If something goes wrong during normal use or the sound stops coming out, we will repair it free of charge.
