The Jackson 4 featuring spalted maple!
The Jackson series is the flagship model of Crews Maniac Sound's fretless lineup. Featuring a 24-fret design, a cutaway shape that allows for stress-free playing in the high positions, a coated fingerboard, and pickups positioned near the bridge.
This model features a spalted maple top. The distinctive grain, which isn’t overly flashy, adds a unique touch. The finger ramp (standard feature), which extends the fingerboard, allows you to freely adjust your picking position, enabling you to shift the tone from warm to tight and attack-driven simply by changing your right-hand placement. Controls include volume, treble, and a mini-switch for active/passive mode.
The pickup positioned near the bridge delivers a sound with remarkably clear definition. It’s impressive that this natural definition isn’t lost even when you boost the lows with the EQ. Additionally, thanks to the quick attack of the coated ebony fingerboard, this fretless Bass keeps up with fast phrases and delivers crisp, articulate tones!
