About returned goods
Returns of used products you have purchased are as follows.
If you contact us within 6 days, including the arrival date of the product, we will accept returns. Please note that in the case of returned goods for customer's convenience, the shipping fee for round -trip (including cash on delivery) and transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
If you cannot confirm the return and shipment within 7 days from the date of arrival, you will not be able to accept returns and refunds.
In the case of our return returns due to incomplete products, we will refund both the shipping fee after confirming the return of the product.
In addition, we cannot return or cancel for products ordered by customer's order, products produced by orders, products to be delivered after remodeling at the request of the customer, such as reflection, and new items after opening.
About trade -in (replacement)

Within one month after purchase, we will trade in at 80%of the purchase price (excluding tax).
(Exclusive price of 20,000 yen or more is the same condition as at the time of purchase. If the purchase price is equivalent to the same as a trade -in product, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer).

Regarding repair and adjustment
・ Musical instruments to be repaired will be limited to your own property.
・ We cannot cancel after starting the work after agreeing to the quote.
・ After the repair reception, if we do not contact us for more than 2 weeks when we contact us for quotes and additional repair, we will stop repair and return the instrument by cash on delivery. In addition, if you have worked so far, we will cash on a cash on delivery.
・ If you can not get the payment within one month after the repair completion, we will return it by cash on delivery. Nevertheless, even if you send an e -mail to our shop and send an email to your e -mail address, you will reply to you within 10 days or a specific way to set up. If you do not receive (the same applies if the cash on delivery is returned twice), please note that it is considered as abandonment of ownership, and the custody will be disposed of at our discretion. We agree that the treatment of custody will be left to our judgment. (The same applies if the phone is not connected or if you cannot reply to the sent email.)
・ If other failure parts / symptoms are confirmed during the progress of the repair, we may contact you for a change in the estimated amount.
・ Depending on the contents of the repair, a separate estimate fee may be charged.
・ If an estimate fee is incurred, you will be responsible for the estimate fee even if you do not perform repair.
・ At the time of repair, we will work with great care, but we are not responsible for minor damage (small scratches, dents, slight deterioration, discoloration, etc.) due to work.
・ Delivery time may be changed depending on various circumstances such as the work process.
・ In the case of repair that requires parts replacement, it may not be available depending on the parts. In that case, we will proceed with the same alternative.
・ Parts that are deemed cannot be used in parts replacement will be disposed of unless the customer wishes, so if you wish to pick up the parts, please fill in this book.
・ If there is an unexpected natural disaster or accident, etc., we will respond to repair, but we will not be liable for any further responsibility.
・ If a problem occurs in the repair part, we will re -repair it. The repair warranty period is in principle 90 days from the repair date.
・ Other than the repair work, the members prepared by the customer are not eligible for warranty.
