Warranty for wind instruments (1 year)
When we receive your instrument, we will clean the inside of the windpipe, replace consumable parts as necessary, and repair and maintain the instrument as needed. If the instrument goes out of tune or loses sound during normal use, we will take care of it free of charge.
◎The following cases will incur a charge.
When you request modification or special adjustment of keys or parts.
When you have had adjustments or repairs made by someone other than our store or by yourself.
When replacing consumable parts (tampo, cork, felt, etc.)
When the damage is caused by the customer's carelessness or intentionally.
Repair of scratches, repainting, polishing, or cleaning of the inside of the pipe
Replacement or repair of any part of the instrument that is necessary for the setting of your taste
