Warranty for Wind Instruments (1 Year)
Upon arrival, we perform internal cleaning, replace consumables as needed, and carry out necessary repairs and maintenance. Should the instrument malfunction or cease to produce sound during normal use, we will address the issue free of charge.
◎The following cases will incur a fee.
• For key processing, parts modification, or special adjustments
･If adjustments or repairs are performed by anyone other than our store, or if you perform them yourself
• When replacement of consumables (such as tampons, cork, felt, etc.) is required
• Damage caused by customer negligence or intentional acts
• Scratch repair, repainting and polishing, interior cleaning
･Replacement and repair required for settings tailored to specific preferences
