Please bring your instrument to the store.
Our repair staff will conduct a detailed consultation regarding the condition of your instrument and any symptoms you are concerned about.

We will inspect the instrument you have entrusted to us and inform you of the repair details, estimated cost, and delivery time.
We will not proceed with repairs without your consent.
STEP 4
Repair and Adjustment
Our specialized staff will perform the work carefully and promptly.
If any new issues are discovered during the work, we may need to consult with you again.
STEP 5
Receiving and Payment
We will contact you once the repair is complete. Please come to the store to inspect the finished item.
If there are no issues, payment will be made and the instrument will be handed over.
