Customers requesting repairs for "Electric Guitars," "Electric Bass," or "Acoustic Guitars" must purchase a "Repair Ticket (¥0)" via the link below (add to cart and complete checkout).
*Note: While the system displays "Purchase," no charges will be incurred at this stage.
STEP 2
Bringing in Your Instrument
Please bring your instrument to our store.
Our repair staff will carefully assess your instrument's condition and address any concerns you may have.
STEP 3
Estimate
We will diagnose your instrument and provide details on the repair work, estimated cost, and turnaround time.
We will only proceed with the work after you have fully agreed to the estimate. We will never proceed with repairs without your consent.
STEP 4
Repair & Adjustment
Our specialized staff will perform the work carefully and efficiently.
If new issues are discovered during the process, we may contact you for further consultation.
STEP 5
Pickup & Payment
We will contact you once repairs are complete. Please inspect the finished instrument at our store.
If everything is satisfactory, payment will be collected, and your instrument will be handed over.
