Warranty
A fee will be charged for the following

When your watch has been repaired or modified by someone other than us.
When the product is damaged due to the customer's carelessness or intentional act.

Please note that there may be cases in which parts are not available for repair, and that the tone or feel of the instrument may change after repairs are made.
Used products are not guaranteed by the manufacturer.
Please bear the shipping costs for sending the repaired product and returning it to us.
Please note that the desired setting or sound may not be obtained due to the condition or construction of the instrument.
Please note that the warranty will not be honored if you do not have your warranty card with you.
In the event that the instrument is not repairable or the repair cost exceeds the purchase price, we will replace the instrument with a product of equivalent value.
Warranty coverage is limited to the first owner of the product.
Secondary sales of the product are not covered under warranty.
Return Policy
The return policy for purchased used products is as follows
We will accept returns if you contact us within 6 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping (including handling charges for cash on delivery) and bank transfer charges for returns at the customer's convenience.
We will not accept returns or refunds if we cannot confirm the return shipment within 7 days from the date of arrival.
In the case of a return due to our failure, we will refund both the shipping and handling costs after confirming the return of the merchandise.
We do not accept returns or cancellations for items ordered by the customer, items made to order, items that are delivered after modifications requested by the customer such as refrets, or new items after opening the package.
Trade-in (replacement)
If you no longer like or are bored with the product, that's okay. Please let us buy it back!
Within one month of purchase, we will trade in your item for 80% of the purchase price (excluding tax).
(The product must be in the same condition as when you purchased it with a sales price of 20,000 yen or more excluding tax. The purchase price must be equal to or greater than the trade-in value. Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.)
You can buy back the item anytime, even after the *period has passed. You can also buy back only.
Is it OK for minors?
Minors are also allowed to buy back, but we require the consent of a parent or guardian. Please see this "Purchase Consent FormPlease print out and fill out the form and bring it with you or send it with the instrument.
About layaway
The layaway period is within 3 business days including the date of request.
If you wish to extend the layaway period due to unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to contact us.
About Sales Contracts
A contract is considered sold when you have made a purchase decision and have received a deposit.
The contract period is one week.
In the event of cancellation after the contract has been made, or in the event of failure to purchase within the contract period, the contract will be voided. In either case, the deposit is non-refundable.
About keeping products after purchase
If you do not pick up your order within 30 days of purchase, we will send it back to you by post freight collect. If the item is returned to us and we do not receive a reply within 10 days after sending an email to the email address you provided requesting pickup (the same applies if the item is returned twice by cash-on-delivery), we will consider the item to be a waiver of your right of ownership and we will send the item to you at our discretion. We will dispose of your items at our own discretion. You agree that we have the sole discretion to decide what to do with the items you leave with us. (The same applies if we cannot reach you by phone or if you do not respond to our emails.)
About keeping your items for evaluation
The instrument to be appraised must be owned by the customer.
We will contact you as soon as the valuation is completed.
If you are not satisfied with the valuation, we will promptly return the instrument. (If you wish to have it shipped, please note that we will send it to you by freight collect.)
If you do not pick up your item within 30 days of the assessment, we will return it to you by cash-on-delivery. If the item is returned to us and we do not receive a reply within 10 days after sending an email to the email address you provided requesting pickup (the same applies if the item is returned twice with freight collect), we will consider the item to be a waiver of your right of ownership and will not be able to accept the item. About Repair
We will only repair instruments that are owned by the customer.
Cancellation is not allowed once the estimate has been agreed upon and work has begun.
If we are unable to contact you for more than two weeks after receiving your order, we will cancel the repair and send the instrument back to you by cash on delivery. If there is any work that has been done up to that point, we will charge the appropriate amount for the work by cash on delivery.
If the instrument is not picked up within one month after we are notified that repairs are complete, we will return the instrument to you, postage prepaid. If the item is returned to us and we do not receive a reply within 10 days after sending an email to the email address you provided requesting pickup of the item (the same applies if the item is returned twice with freight collect), we will consider the item to be a waiver of your right of ownership and will not be able to accept the item. Please be advised that we will dispose of your items at our own discretion. You agree that we have the sole discretion to decide what to do with the items you leave with us. (The same applies if we cannot reach you by phone or if you do not respond to our e-mails.)
We may contact you with a change of the estimated price if we find any other defects or symptoms during the repair process.
We may charge a separate estimate depending on the nature of the repair.
If an estimate fee is incurred, you will be charged for the estimate fee even if the repair is not performed.
We will take the utmost care in repair work, but we cannot be held responsible for minor damage (small scratches, dents, slight discoloration, discoloration, etc.) caused by the work.
Please note that the delivery date may change due to various reasons such as the work process.
Please note that we may not be able to provide certain parts for repairs that require parts replacement. In such cases, we will proceed with an alternative equivalent product.
If you wish to have the parts returned to you, please indicate so in this document.
We will repair any damage caused by unexpected natural disasters or accidents, but we will not be held responsible for any further damage.
In the event of a malfunction of the repaired part, we will repair it again. As a general rule, the repair warranty period is 90 days from the date of repair completion.
The warranty does not cover any parts or materials other than the repaired part or those provided by the customer.
Requests
We will take the utmost care in handling your items, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during storage or changes in condition due to aging.

In case of purchase at a store

For mail order purchases
1) Bank transfer
Please make payment within 7 days after we have received your inventory confirmation. We will ship the product after confirming the payment.

2) Cash on Delivery
Please pay for the merchandise directly to the courier driver at the time of delivery.
This service is available for orders under 300,000 yen.
