Electric Guitar/ElectricBass/Effector/ Amplifiers (Adjustment warranty: up to 5 years)
We will respond free of charge if the product goes out of tune or loses its sound after purchase. The warranty period varies depending on the product.
Acoustic Guitar (Anshin Warranty: Up to 6 months)
We will take care of any defects in normal use free of charge for 1 month or 6 months after purchase.
Wind instruments (up to 1 year)
When we receive your instrument, we will clean the inside of the wind instrument, replace consumable parts as necessary, and repair and maintain it as needed. If the instrument goes out of tune or loses its sound quality during normal use, we will take care of it free of charge.
