This model has an impressive appearance with its binding. The gently arched body top and compound radius neck make it easy to play both low-position chord work and high-position solo playing. The neck joint is heel-less cut for high performance up to the high position. Noiseless pickups, the fourth generation of pickups, are equipped to reduce noise while maintaining the high frequency range of a single pickup. The Stratocaster has been designed with the player in mind throughout, including locking tuners for easy string changes and a two-point bridge support that ensures smooth arming.
