Jumbo model with P-90 pickups.

The J-160E was released in 1954 as the Electric Acoustic model following the CF-100E, and was so famous that John Lennon used it for many years.

This reissue model is based on the 1964 J-160E and features a round shoulder & jumbo type body with P-90 magnetic pickups. The plywood top and ladder bracing construction suppresses feedback caused by raw sound.

The sweet tone of the P-90s combined with the percussive sound of the adjustable bridge gives it a unique Electric Acoustic sound.
