Fender Japan was established in 1982, but the name Fender Japan disappeared in 2015 due to a change of distributors.
Fender Japan has gained a high reputation as Japan Vintage and is popular both at home and abroad.

This machine from the 1980s, the early years of Fender Japan, is a 1962 JazzBassThis model is a reproduction of a Basswood body, slab-rose fingerboard, and 2 volume and 1 tone controls with 3 knobs.
The serial number is C serial, which corresponds to 1985-1986, but the neck date is "11-22-89", so it is listed as made in 1989.

jazzBassIt has a sticky middle that can be used in a variety of genres. It has a core attack without crackling when picked hard, and will sound groovy in an ensemble!
