This is a fuzz pedal from D.A.M. (Differential Audio Manifestationz)/EFE, which produces models that make fuzz maniacs roar. This model is based on the famous Rams Head, and David Andrew Main has recreated it with a British essence. 4 BC549C silicon transistors are installed for a massive and powerful sound. This is the rare 2012 version with blue chassis and black lettering.
