The original Custom Telecaster was released from around 1959 to 1969. This Fender Japan TL62B is a reissue of the 1962 Custom Telecaster, faithfully reproducing the specifications of the era, including the slab board with the rosewood fingerboard and maple neck joint applied flat, 3-ply pickguard, and vintage spiral bridge saddle. The rosewood fretboard provides smooth finesse. The rosewood fretboard provides smooth fingering and an easy-to-handle sound with warmth in the midrange.
