The Glide body shape developed by Mr. Koll over 25 years ago is the main body shape, and there are various models such as solid body and semi-hollow body, and each one is a one-off product with different specifications.

This model is the rare Bass model, Thunder Glide.
Flame maple top, ash body back, 3-piece maple neck, and ebony fingerboard.
The pickups are Bartolini soapbar type, and the preamp is Aguilar's OPB-3.

The semi-hollowbody gives a warm acoustic-like sound, while the wide-range EQ allows for a more active sound.
The pickups are placed closer to the bridge, and depending on the setting, you can also feel a piezo-like airiness.
There is no bass saturation, which is common in semi-hollow pickups, and even if the EQ is used to bring out the lows more strongly, the sound maintains a solid contour by adjusting the mids and highs.

Koll seems to be basically distributed only in the U.S., and it is not so common for them to come into Japan.
