A beautiful Les Paul with a bewitching grain body top that will move the heart of anyone who sees it.
On January 15, 1986, Gibson was sold to Henry Jaskowitz and other partners, and under the new management, a program called the Historic Collection was launched. At the time, the Historic Collection was the pinnacle of the Les Paul lineup, although today there are many different series. This 2003 Historic Collection 1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue features a deep, shimmering wood grain top that is bewitchingly beautiful. The Burst Backer 1 & 2 pickups were developed under the guise of completely reviving the original Patent Applied Four (PAF), and the sound of the original PAF pickups changes over time with each type. Type 1 has a slightly reduced number of coil turns and has a delicate, clean, crisp sound, especially suited for the front position. Type 2 uses a DC resistance of around 8.0kΩ, which is typical of the original PAF, for a mellow tone with a firm attack. The Les Paul reissue model has a thick, grippy neck, Bumble Bee replica capacitor, and other details that were carefully crafted with time and money spared, resulting in a top-quality Les Paul model in terms of both sound and materials. If you have this guitar in a corner of your room during your leisure time at home, you can have a good time while drinking and saying, "Sigh, this guitar is so good, I'm glad I bought it.
