Light-sounding '90s D-18

Martin / 1992 D-18

This is a very cool looking instrument with overall color and burnt look.

When you actually hold it in your hand, the weight feels light.
It is 1.90 kg, which is not super light in terms of numbers,
It is not super lightweight in terms of weight, but it feels as if it is going to resonate well.

The sound is so superb that it exceeds my expectations.
It has a crisp start, a bouncy and light sound, a colorful midrange, and perfect sound pressure.
It is very comfortable to play.

The neck is a thick U-shape and is firm and comfortable to hold. The mahogany with just a hint of flame peeking out is also very nice.

The tone is very firm even when playing single notes, and the chord work is very clear, so this is a very useful instrument for recording.

If you are considering the D-18, this is the one you should play.

- The neck cannot be adjusted by truss rod due to SQ neck.
- There are some scratches and scuffs, but no cracks or crack repairs.
- The neck angle was adjusted and the frets were replaced after it arrived at our store. The neck is straight, no chatter or sound blockage. It is in excellent playing condition.
- String height on the 12th fret: 2.3mm on the 6th string side, 1.8mm on the 1st string side.
- Saddle protrusion: approx. 3mm to 3.5mm
- There is an additional strap pin on the neck end
