[Features]
The Artisan series embodies a philosophy distinct from Bach's flagship Stradivarius line. While returning to Bach's roots, it transcends mere reproduction, positioning itself as a model with the clear concept of "Bach optimized for the modern performance environment."
This particular instrument features a combination of a yellow brass bell and gold plating. While yellow brass is generally known for its bright, lively character and quick response, the impression from this instrument leans more towards gold brass. It combines a substantial, weighty presence with a rich, low-center-of-gravity resonance. This is likely influenced by the domestic plating process—a meticulous, high-density finish.
The characteristic "high density," "heaviness," and "luster" of the gold-plated finish are firmly integrated into the sound. Combined with the Artisan's signature "tight contours" and "well-structured harmonics," this yields a symphonic resonance that is both substantial and highly accessible. It achieves the seemingly contradictory comfort of being "deep yet clear" and "rich yet agile."It remains stable even under strong playing, envelops softly in pianissimo passages, and naturally asserts its presence within an ensemble—faithfully reflecting the player's emotional nuances and phrasing intentions. Truly embodying the duality of depth and high resolution—this instrument represents the realm where Artisan's defining characteristics resonate most beautifully.
