Can minors sell?
Minors can sell instruments, but parental consent is required. Please print and complete this 'Consent Form for Sale ' and bring it with you or send it along with the instrument.
About Holding Items
・Items will be held for up to 3 business days, including the request date.
・If you need to extend the holding period due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us immediately.
Regarding Sales Agreements
・A sales agreement is established once purchase is confirmed and a deposit is received.
・The sales agreement period lasts for one week.
・Cancellations after the sales agreement is made, or failure to purchase within the sales agreement period, will void the sales agreement. In either case, the deposit is non-refundable.
Regarding Item Storage After Purchase
・If items are not collected within 30 days of purchase, they will be shipped to you collect on delivery. If, despite this, the held item is returned to our store and you do not respond to the email requesting pickup sent to the email address you provided within 10 days, or do not provide a specific method for pickup (this also applies if the COD shipment is returned twice), we will consider it abandoned and dispose of the held item at our discretion. Please understand this policy. You agree that the disposition of the consigned items is entirely at our discretion. (This also applies if we cannot reach you by phone or receive no reply to our emails.)
About Appraisal Consignment
・Only instruments owned by the customer may be appraised.
・We will contact you once the appraisal is complete; please proceed with the necessary steps.
・If you are not satisfied with the appraisal, we will promptly return the items. (If you wish to ship the item, please note we will send it collect.)
・If you do not complete the transaction or collect the item within 30 days after receiving the appraisal notification, we will return it collect. Furthermore, if the consigned item is returned to our store and we send an email to the provided address requesting pickup, but receive no response or specific instructions for pickup within 10 days (including cases where the COD shipment is returned twice), we will consider ownership abandoned and dispose of the consigned item at our discretion. You agree that the disposition of the items is entirely at our discretion. (This also applies if we cannot reach you by phone or receive no reply to our emails.

Regarding Repairs
・Repairs are limited to instruments owned by the customer.
・Cancellation is not possible after work begins following your agreement to the estimate.
・If we are unable to contact you for over two weeks after repair acceptance, when contacting you regarding estimates or additional repairs, we will halt repairs and return the instrument via COD shipping. Furthermore, if work has been performed up to that point, we will charge the corresponding labor fees via cash on delivery.
・If you do not pick up your repaired item within one month after receiving notification of completion, we will return it to you with shipping charges payable upon delivery. Furthermore, if the item is returned to our store and we send an email to the provided address requesting pickup, but receive no response or specific instructions for pickup within 10 days (including cases where the COD shipment is returned twice), we will consider the item abandoned and dispose of it at our discretion. Please be aware of this policy in advance. You agree that the disposition of the items is entirely at our discretion. (This also applies if we cannot reach you by phone or receive no reply to our emails.)
・If additional faults or issues are discovered during the repair process, we may contact you to adjust the estimate amount.
・Depending on the repair work, a separate estimate fee may apply.
・If an estimate fee is incurred, you will be responsible for paying it even if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
・While we exercise utmost care during repairs, we cannot be held responsible for minor damage (small scratches, dents, slight discoloration, or deterioration) resulting from the repair process.
・Delivery dates may change due to work processes or other circumstances.
・For repairs requiring part replacement, certain parts may not be available. In such cases, we will proceed using equivalent substitute parts.
・Parts deemed unusable after replacement will be disposed of unless specifically requested by the customer. Customers wishing to retrieve parts must indicate this in writing on this document.
・Should unexpected damage occur during storage due to natural disasters or accidents, we will perform repairs but cannot accept further liability.
・If a problem occurs with the repaired part, we will repair it again. The repair warranty period is generally 90 days from the repair completion date.
・Parts outside the repair work area, as well as parts provided by the customer, are not covered by the warranty.

・We handle entrusted items with the utmost care. However, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any minor scratches or changes in condition due to aging that occur while the item is in our possession.
