About Trade-Ins (Replacement Purchases)
If you change your mind or get tired of it, no worries. Let us buy it back from you!!
We will trade it back at 80% of the purchase price (excluding tax) within one month of purchase.
(Applies to items with a tax-excluded sales price of ¥20,000 or more, in the same condition as when purchased. The purchase price of the new item must be equal to or greater than the trade-in value. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.)
※Even if the period has passed, it's still okay—let us buy it back anytime. We also accept outright purchases.

About Warranty

◎Warranty Details (Adjustment Warranty: Up to 5 Years)
If your item malfunctions or stops producing sound after purchase, we will address it free of charge. Feel free to contact us. Warranty periods vary by product.

◎Charges Apply in the Following Cases
・Requests for modifications or special adjustments
・Replacement of consumable parts (e.g., batteries)
・Repairs or modifications performed outside our store
・Damage caused by customer negligence or intentional acts
・Material processing or modifications
・Scratch repairs, refinishing, or polishing
・Repairs or part replacements required for custom setups
・Non-warranty items

◎Please note in advance
・Non-warranty items such as junk goods are excluded
・Repairs may be impossible due to parts unavailability; tone or playability may change after repair
・ Used items do not come with manufacturer warranties.
・You are responsible for shipping costs when sending in items for repair and for their return.
・Due to the instrument's condition or construction, desired settings or sound may not be achievable.
・Items without the warranty card are not covered.
・If repair is impossible or the repair cost exceeds the purchase price, we will offer an exchange for an item of equivalent value.
・Warranty coverage is limited to the original owner who purchased the item.
・Items resold are not covered, even within the warranty period.

◎Warranty Coverage (Peace of Mind Warranty: Up to 6 Months)
For 1 month or 6 months after purchase, we will address the following defects occurring during normal use free of charge:
・Playing issues such as buzzing or muffled sound
・Detached bracing, detached bridge, detached binding
・Significant change in string height from the time of purchase
※Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs for strings, consumable/replacement parts, repair items sent, and return shipping.

◎The following cases will incur charges:
・Cracks, splits, discoloration, or warping in the wood
※Please note that even with normal use, these are product characteristics and will be charged.
・Adjustments, replacements, or repairs requested to suit personal preferences
 ※String height/saddle adjustment, neck ironing/resetting, fret leveling, scratch repair, refinishing, etc.
・Modifications, special adjustments
・Replacement of consumable parts (batteries, nuts, saddles, etc.)
・Material processing and modifications
・Damage caused by customer negligence or intentional acts
・Damage or malfunction due to natural disasters

◎Please Note in Advance
・Electrical systems (pickups, preamps, etc.) and accessories not part of the instrument body are not covered by warranty.
・Repairs may be impossible due to parts unavailability. Sound or playability may change after repair.
・Used items have no manufacturer product warranty.
・Desired settings or sound may not be achievable due to the instrument's condition or construction.
・Warranty is void without this certificate or if repairs/modifications are performed elsewhere.

◎If you encounter any issues
If you experience any problems while using the instrument, please consult our store first. We will responsibly handle adjustments and repairs even if they are not covered by warranty.

◎Warranty Coverage (Maximum 1 Year)
Instruments undergo internal cleaning, appropriate replacement of consumables, and necessary repairs/maintenance upon arrival. We provide free service if the instrument malfunctions or stops producing sound during normal use.

◎Charges Apply in the Following Cases
・Requests for key or part modifications, custom alterations, or specialized adjustments
・Adjustments or repairs performed by parties other than our store or by the customer themselves
・Replacement of consumables (pads, corks, felts, etc.)
・Damage caused by customer negligence or intentional acts
・Scratch repairs, refinishing/polishing, or internal tube cleaning
・Replacements or repairs required for custom setups tailored to personal preferences

◎Please note in advance
・Used items do not come with manufacturer warranties or similar guarantees
・You are responsible for shipping costs when sending in items for repair and for their return
・We cannot guarantee your desired settings due to the instrument's condition or construction
・Items without this warranty certificate are not covered

Can minors sell?
Minors can sell instruments, but parental consent is required. Please print and complete this 'Consent Form for Sale ' and bring it with you or send it along with the instrument.

About Holding Items
・Items will be held for up to 3 business days, including the request date.
・If you need to extend the holding period due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us immediately.


Regarding Sales Agreements
・A sales agreement is established once purchase is confirmed and a deposit is received.
・The sales agreement period lasts for one week.
・Cancellations after the sales agreement is made, or failure to purchase within the sales agreement period, will void the sales agreement. In either case, the deposit is non-refundable.


Regarding Item Storage After Purchase
・If items are not collected within 30 days of purchase, they will be shipped to you collect on delivery. If, despite this, the held item is returned to our store and you do not respond to the email requesting pickup sent to the email address you provided within 10 days, or do not provide a specific method for pickup (this also applies if the COD shipment is returned twice), we will consider it abandoned and dispose of the held item at our discretion. Please understand this policy. You agree that the disposition of the consigned items is entirely at our discretion. (This also applies if we cannot reach you by phone or receive no reply to our emails.)


About Appraisal Consignment
・Only instruments owned by the customer may be appraised.
・We will contact you once the appraisal is complete; please proceed with the necessary steps.
・If you are not satisfied with the appraisal, we will promptly return the items. (If you wish to ship the item, please note we will send it collect.)
・If you do not complete the transaction or collect the item within 30 days after receiving the appraisal notification, we will return it collect. Furthermore, if the consigned item is returned to our store and we send an email to the provided address requesting pickup, but receive no response or specific instructions for pickup within 10 days (including cases where the COD shipment is returned twice), we will consider ownership abandoned and dispose of the consigned item at our discretion. You agree that the disposition of the items is entirely at our discretion. (This also applies if we cannot reach you by phone or receive no reply to our emails.

Regarding Repairs
・Repairs are limited to instruments owned by the customer.
・Cancellation is not possible after work begins following your agreement to the estimate.
・If we are unable to contact you for over two weeks after repair acceptance, when contacting you regarding estimates or additional repairs, we will halt repairs and return the instrument via COD shipping. Furthermore, if work has been performed up to that point, we will charge the corresponding labor fees via cash on delivery.
・If you do not pick up your repaired item within one month after receiving notification of completion, we will return it to you with shipping charges payable upon delivery. Furthermore, if the item is returned to our store and we send an email to the provided address requesting pickup, but receive no response or specific instructions for pickup within 10 days (including cases where the COD shipment is returned twice), we will consider the item abandoned and dispose of it at our discretion. Please be aware of this policy in advance. You agree that the disposition of the items is entirely at our discretion. (This also applies if we cannot reach you by phone or receive no reply to our emails.)
・If additional faults or issues are discovered during the repair process, we may contact you to adjust the estimate amount.
・Depending on the repair work, a separate estimate fee may apply.
・If an estimate fee is incurred, you will be responsible for paying it even if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
・While we exercise utmost care during repairs, we cannot be held responsible for minor damage (small scratches, dents, slight discoloration, or deterioration) resulting from the repair process.
・Delivery dates may change due to work processes or other circumstances.
・For repairs requiring part replacement, certain parts may not be available. In such cases, we will proceed using equivalent substitute parts.
・Parts deemed unusable after replacement will be disposed of unless specifically requested by the customer. Customers wishing to retrieve parts must indicate this in writing on this document.
・Should unexpected damage occur during storage due to natural disasters or accidents, we will perform repairs but cannot accept further liability.
・If a problem occurs with the repaired part, we will repair it again. The repair warranty period is generally 90 days from the repair completion date.
・Parts outside the repair work area, as well as parts provided by the customer, are not covered by the warranty.

Request
・We handle entrusted items with the utmost care. However, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any minor scratches or changes in condition due to aging that occur while the item is in our possession.
