This is an overdrive pedal released by Tokai Gakki in the '80s!

There are three controls: LEVEL, DRIVE, and TONE. It is an orthodox type of overdrive pedal with a soft and natural distortion like Tokai's version of a tube screamer, the "TOD-1".
