[FEATURES.]
Sauro Mute" is an American handmade maker. Mike Jarosz, a professional player, developed the bucket mute. Since then, they have produced fiber cup mutes, straight and wah-wah mutes made of aluminum and copper, and more.
Straight
Straight mutes, characterized by their unique rounded form, offer a more stable pitch than conventional mutes, a smoother blowing feel, and a lighter response that responds even when blown lightly. The coped end produces a warmer, thicker sound, while the all-aluminum end produces a brighter, more pronounced sound.
Cups
The cups have a slightly brighter sound than the general News Tone line.
It is an easy-to-handle mute with greatly improved uneven sound and pitch. The cup is movable, allowing adjustment of the sound.

Wah-wah-wah
Like the straight and cup mutes, this wah-wah mute has a less uneven sound. It is a new option that has the cheezy sound required of a wah-wah while still providing a solid sound down to the low end.

Bucket
The sound can be adjusted in two levels by opening the bucket, giving both an open sound and a traditional bucket muted sound.Because of its design with no cotton or other material inside, it can be stacked with wah-wahs and cups, making it very convenient for carrying around. The hardware can be adjusted to accommodate larger bells. This item is highly recommended for jazz players.
