Lotus is a manufacturer that was born with the concept of "making it easier and more fun to express the music you play, no matter what genre you play. The brand was born through thorough testing by trumpeter Adam Rappa, who himself is the owner of the company. For trumpet, there are 6 different rim sizes, 11 different cup depths, and 3 different material combinations. For flugelhorn, there are 4 rim sizes, 3 cup depths, and 2 material combinations to choose from. Regardless of the genre, such as jazz or classical, we can introduce this mouthpiece as a new standard from now on.

Electric Guitar/ElectricBass/Effector/ Amplifiers (Adjustment warranty: up to 5 years) We will respond free of charge if the product goes out of tune or loses its sound after purchase. The warranty period varies depending on the product.
Acoustic Guitar (Anshin Warranty: Up to 6 months) We will take care of any defects in normal use free of charge for 1 month or 6 months after purchase.
Wind instruments (up to 1 year) When we receive your instrument, we will clean the inside of the wind instrument, replace consumable parts as necessary, and repair and maintain the instrument as needed. If the instrument goes out of tune or loses its sound quality during normal use, we will take care of it free of charge.
