It is a distortion pedal with a truly American rock sound that follows the volume of the guitar very nicely!

This pedal was manufactured in the U.S.A. from 1978 to 1980, but later the production line was moved to Taiwan, and this pedal was made in the U.S.A. around 1978. This pedal was made in the U.S.A. around 1978. It produces a distortion with a moderate coarseness and extension, similar to the MXR Distortion+ and DOD 250 of the same era. This distortion is perfect for reproducing the hard rock guitar sounds of the late 1970s and 1980s.
