Yokoyama Guitars / AN-WC
"For those who want to use their guitar with care!"
Yokoyama Guitars was founded by Tadashi Yokoyama, who had a long career at Morris.
Another attractive aspect of this brand is that it is a researcher who continues to pursue tonewoods even after a long career.

This time we will introduce "AN-WC"
It is an auditorium-sized, non-cutaway model, which may be a little unusual for Yokoyama.
The white spruce has acoustic properties similar to Adirondack spruce, and the sides and back are made of Camatilo wood, which are familiar specifications.

Although Kamatillo wood is familiar to Yokoyama, it is rarely used by other manufacturers due to its high processing difficulty.
In terms of sound quality, it feels like a cross between Jacaranda and ebony, with a well-defined, slightly hard bass response.

Rather than playing powerful chords, this guitar really shines in solo guitar, as exemplified by Isato Nakagawa and Shun Komatsubara.
The number of camatillos is decreasing year by year, and even Yokoyama Guitars seems to be finding it difficult to introduce them.
It's in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches. It comes with a genuine hard case.
