Martin / 2010 Model 000-18 CTM
"The 000-18 in Brown"
This is an authentic instrument, a custom 000-18 from 1937 modified to Bass.
While natural finishes are typical for Martin, this is a unique piece adorned in brown.
Martin's famous brown finish is the Shaded Burst, but this one features a different, soft, and gentle coloring that catches the eye.
Comparing the photos, you can see the distinct difference in the coloring.

— Premium wood used for the top
Features beautiful flowing Adirondack spruce with stunning grain patterns.
Generously uses the precious wood typically reserved for the 40 series.
Features tortoiseshell-pattern binding and multi-color purfling.

The pickguard features tortoiseshell inlay.

Mahogany, essential to the Style-18, is used for the sides and back.
The uniformly distributed grain pattern is eye-catching.

The fingerboard is ebony with dot position markers.

The neck is crafted from select hardwood.
The moderately thick V-shaped neck provides a solid, comfortable grip.

The bridge, like the fingerboard, is made of ebony and features a long saddle.

The headstock features a 1930s-style square shape with a Martin Classic logo decal.

The tuning machines are Martin open-back tuners with the "PAT" stamp.
The Kluson-style buttons lend a more vintage feel.

Additionally, this instrument is equipped with an L.R. Baggs Hifi pickup, delivering the instrument's natural sound directly.
You can fully enjoy all the charm this instrument has to offer.
Please enjoy this wonderful piece, both in looks and tone.
