Guild / 1995 JF-55R
Guild" is one of the top three acoustic guitar manufacturers along with Gibson and Martin.
Guild has had a turbulent history, with changes in factories and the main company, but it remains a popular brand even today.
This time, we would like to introduce "JF-55R".
The F-50R model has existed for a long time.BassThe 17-inch super jumbo body is made of rosewood for the sides and back.
With gold Grover tuners, and gorgeous avalon and pearl decorations, this high-end model was made at the Westerly factory in 1995.
It is positioned as an expensive guitar with a list price of nearly 700,000 yen for a current equivalent model.
The 17-inch body made of rosewood has a very pleasant and elegant sound with a long sustain and a lot of sparkling overtone components. The sound image is similar to that of the D-45.
The bracing is non-scalloped X, so you can enjoy a bouncy, shiny, and solid tone.
This is a quintessential Guild high-end model, and the quality exceeds expectations.
