This machine, made in 1985, has a texture with a strong handmade aroma, and its appearance is distinct from the current ones.
The body is constructed of spotted beech for the top and ash and bird's eye maple for the back. The neck is 5-piece maple, and the fingerboard is Perferro.
The original pickups are Bartolini 9S, but this model has been changed to a soap bar type, and there is an extension of the zaguri accordingly.
The preamp has been replaced with Fodera's latest model, the Fodera x Trickfish Preamp v.4. The controls are Vol/Tone/Bal/3Band EQ/(Active/Passive)SW/Coil Tap SW.
The sound has a woody, organic feel with a quick startup and easy picking nuance.
It has a bouncy, fat sound that is different from the "delicate sound" of modern high-end instruments, and it is a sound that is very comfortable in an ensemble.
