1969 Dove with regular neck and 14 degree head angle
Gibson / 1969 DOVE Natural
The Dove was released in 1962 as a square-shoulder acoustic guitar following the Hummingbird released in 1960.
This one is made in 1969, with a regular neck specification of 42mm nut width and 14 degree head angle, and the main feature is the combination of early and late 60's specs.
The bridge is a wooden adjustable bridge type after the transition from TOM.
The saddle is made of ebony, giving it a unique vintage feel.
The pickguard is a screw-fastening type seen since around 1967.
Inlays are still intact and in very good condition.
The percussive sound of this guitar is peppy and distinctive of Gibson guitars of this age.
This model is unique in the sense that it directly feeds on the speed of the right hand while producing a sense of time.
Please consider this vintage dav, which is rarely seen in the market.
