[Condition]
The neck and wood have been inspected and adjusted by an acoustic guitar specialist and are in excellent condition.
The neck is straightened, with no buzzing or muffled tones, and the string height at the 12th fret is set to an optimal 2.5mm on the 6th string and 2.0mm on the 1st string.
The saddle height is approximately 2mm to 4mm.
