Brass Bags, a UK manufacturer producing high-quality soft cases. While not widely known in Japan due to lacking an import distributor, they are renowned overseas for lightweight yet durable cases. Thick cushioning securely protects instruments inside, but the standout feature is the acrylic panels fitted on all four sides. By using acrylic panels on the four sides and thin wooden panels on the back, they brilliantly overcome the typical weakness of soft cases: structural strength.
This model is a triple case designed to hold three rotary trumpets. However, one of the compartments is sized for a piccolo trumpet and cannot accommodate three B♭ trumpets. Possible combinations include B♭, C, and Picc, or two B♭ trumpets and accessories.This specification is likely favored by orchestra players. It holds two rotary valves and allows for storing a few mutes and accessories. While its size is comparable to Marcus Bona or Protec triple cases, it is lighter by about 800g to 1kg. Its overall strength is also excellent, making it a case we highly recommend even for those considering a hard case.
