Kotsuzumi-bodied with chrysanthemum flowers and leaves, late Edo period to the end of the Edo period
Ko-tsutsumi (small drum) body. The body is decorated with thin stripes of planing. Weight: 499 grams. Only the body is for sale. It was made in the late Edo period or around the end of the Edo period.
It is in good condition except for some slight floating of lacquer (about 8mm square) on a part of the nipple pouch. The body is made of a solid cherry wood core.
