Calikio is an American West Coast manufacturer that still attracts many trumpet players.

The piston shape is called "external spring type," which is rarely produced, including by other makers, and requires a thicker spring than that of a standard trumpet. However, due to the lack of spring options, it has been difficult to obtain the proper touch, but now "Kubokan Custom Club" has solved this problem!

We have reissued the stainless steel springs that were used in the mid- to late-periods, in order to provide a light touch and a good high frequency range. How about a set of these springs in case they become worn out after long-term use, or if you put a spring made by another company and it is too heavy to touch, or if it breaks?

 It is possible to attach to other makers such as Olds and Cone depending on the model, but each model has a different resistance feeling.

Ver. 1 has a firmer touch than the original.

Ver. 2 is lighter, especially in the upper register.

Ver. 3 was produced in two versions: Light, slightly heavier than Ver. 2, and Original, slightly lighter than Ver. 1.
