The body top, reduced by 1 inch (approx. 25.4mm) compared to the J-200, features finely grained spruce.
The pickguard is a large tortoiseshell-patterned model without decoration.
The sides and back feature figured maple with beautiful grain.
No back strip is used.
The fingerboard is rosewood with double parallelogram inlays.
This inlay is often found on higher-end models in series like Southern Jumbo, Hummingbird, and Dove, confirming this model's premium status.
The neck is a one-piece mahogany neck with a thinner profile, offering a comfortable grip for playing.
