Is it at a level where it can be used for recitals and concerts?

From customers who are active as teachers and performers,
I would like to choose one violin for myself and one higher grade violin for my students. Are there any used stringed instruments that can be used for a long time and have a tone level that is good enough to be used for recitals and concerts other than lessons?"
We receive inquiries from our customers.

Why do we have more teachers and performers coming to our store?

In recent years, thanks to the support of our customers, we have seen an increase in the number ofTCGAKKIWe have been able to receive many teachers and performers every day on the stringed instrument floor. As a stringed instrument specialty store, we are very grateful for the opportunity to have a long-lasting relationship with teachers who are energetically working day in and day out.
In fact, the other day, we asked teachers who are considering purchasing instruments, "What is the appeal of your store specializing in second-hand instruments?" They replied, "I have my main instrument, but when I have to play outdoors suddenly or when my instrument is not in good health, I look for a "sub" stringed instrument that I can use well. The location is close to the station, so I always feel like stopping by. I always feel like stopping by here. Last year, we also had many happy encounters with teachers who came to our store for the first time after learning about us through introductions from other teachers or by word of mouth.
Due to its location in Shinjuku (Shin-Okubo), the store is visited by a variety of customers, but those who are active as teachers or performers seem to use the store as a "sub" store where they can find stringed instruments that are good enough to use for recitals and concerts, rather than as a main store. The used instruments are used by employees who are ready to work. Used stringed instruments are ready-to-play employees, not new employees who may or may not be able to play the instrument. This is where the real appeal of used stringed instruments lies. Do you know of any instructors or performers who actively use new instruments? We believe that both instruments and people are a result of a relationship. We always have more than 200 high-quality stringed instruments available at any given time, which are all one-of-a-kind, so you will always be able to find one that you like. We will continue to strive to create a store with an assortment of instruments that can help each and every one of our customers.

Surprisingly, we are free from the ties and bindings of a new shop.TCGAKKIAdvantages of

'New items are priced at the list price of☆%OFF or something, but what about the price of used stringed instruments?
It seems like you sell old items that seem expensive in other stores at a much lower price, why is that?"
There was this reason for the difference in selling prices between major specialty stores that deal in new items and used specialty stores.

Actually, modern/old is not expensive.

Major specialty stores that deal in new products have to lower their prices and have some restrictions on selling prices because of the purchase price from the manufacturer and price competition with other stores. However, the number of years that a "wood" has been a "musical instrument" is absolutely short, so it takes a certain number of years before it has a deep, string instrument-like sound when played. However, the age of the "wood" as an "instrument" is absolutely young, so it takes a certain number of years, time, and playing of the instrument to achieve a good sound like a stringed instrument with depth.
In this respect, our store, which specializes in used instruments, sets the selling price based on a fair judgment of the condition of the instrument without any competition or ties. Even if it is the same model, the selling price is the one and only price depending on the condition. The tone of a stringed instrument is also clearly different from an inexperienced new one, in a good sense of the word.
In the world of stringed instruments with a long history, when we Japanese hear the words "modern violin," "old violin," "made in Italy," or "made in France," we may have a particularly high-class image in our minds. If a model comes with a certificate of authenticity issued by an overseas appraisal organization, it is common for the price to be over one million yen. However, there are also many old instruments in the world that do not come with a certificate of authenticity, and even if they are not made by famous makers, there are many stringed instruments on the second-hand market that can be called masterpieces.
TCGAKKIIn addition, there are many old stringed instruments without a certificate of authenticity that are sold as "labeled" items, even if they are modern or old instruments that are quite old, judging from the grain of the wood, the discoloration of the varnish, and the label.
I personally feel that it is somewhat sad to judge the value of a stringed instrument solely on the basis of its famous maker or rare label. Although we cannot guarantee the authenticity of the labels on some of our products, I think that there is a "dream" in old stringed instruments that have come to us from faraway foreign lands over time. If you can find a modern/old instrument with a satisfying sound and look at a budget that you can afford, it will be more valuable than the authenticity of the label. Please visit our store and don't just admire it. In fact, it is not so "expensive" that you will give up. You can find an old violin at a price you can afford.TCGAKKIYou are sure to find an old violin at a price you can afford.

There is no store that can set up a violin the way you like it.

I'm glad I bought a stringed instrument, but is there a store where I can get it serviced easily? I'm sure there must be a shop that can do it for me.
I would like to have a long-lasting relationship with a professional repair/adjustment store that can respond to my detailed requests, rather than leaving it up to the workshop.
