BassOda's daily struggles #1Click here

Hello, I'm Oda!BassI am Oda in charge!
It is now the second half of January.

I wish you a Happy New Year, even though it is a little late.
I hope that this year will also be a good one for all of you.TCGAKKIWe look forward to working with you again in the New Year.

How was your New Year's Day?
I went back to my hometown in Hokkaido!

When I was taking this picture, my friend laughed at me and said, "Are you a tourist? I was laughed at.

New Year's soba, osechi, ozoni, crab, sushi, ramen.
After completing the New Year's Eve and New Year's gourmet meal in Hokkaido, my body and soul are now replenished. We returned to Tokyo.

And then..!
TCGAKKIThe New Year's Day in Tokyo was a big showpiece! It was a big showcase!

The theme was "Extremely Rare".BassThe "Rare" section was themed "Extremely Rare," and we had two Chapman Sticks in stock at the same time!

(Chapman Stick is aBassI was in charge of it, but not the Chapman Stick. It's a very interesting instrument!)

Both of them were purchased almost as soon as the store opened.
Thank you very much for coming to our store!

The other new arrival was the ESP RM-330DA, which boasts an eye-popping overall length.

I always weigh instruments by lifting them up with hooks on the pegs, but for the first time, with my height, I had to raise my arms more than horizontally to get them on the ground.

I didn't have enough shoulder strength to lift and maintain the scale as it was, so I measured it on a stepladder.

(Reproduction)

Although it is such an out-of-standard size, it is very well-balanced when the strap is attached!

You need to be careful when handling it, but playability is not a problem; it is indeed a signature model!

Well, the MGBass project is steadily progressing!

Actually, we have 6 new bottles in stock!

And this timeTCGAKKIare the specs that we ordered!

MGBass allows you to choose any body shape, number of strings, scale, body material, neck material, parts...etc.

I and Mr. Tanaka, the repairman, were excited to discuss and choose from among more than tens of thousands of options.

It has already arrived at our store from South Carolina, and we are grinning when we see the finished product. We are not only grinning, but we are also preparing to sell them!

We'll show you a little bit of it at the end.

Please look forward to more news!

Oda.
