We are pleased to announce the resumption of instrument repair services. However, we will now implement a lottery system for accepting new repair requests.
We had suspended accepting new repair requests to prioritize repairs for instruments in our store inventory, ensuring we could deliver more products to customers, and to prioritize repairs for instruments purchased at our store.
However, we received numerous requests from customers to resume repairs. We sought a way to respond to these requests while ensuring we did not exceed our repair capacity.
As a result, we have decided to implement a lottery system, which allows for fair and smooth acceptance of repair requests.
While we regret that we cannot accommodate every customer's request, we hope to gradually be of service to you. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
The application method for the repair lottery is as follows:
On the 1st of each month at 1:00 PM, 'Repair Lottery Tickets' will be listed as products on our website.
Each lottery ticket is priced at ¥0.
Ordering these tickets from our website allows you to enter the lottery.
Please note the application period runs from the 1st to the 7th of each month.
