Notice Regarding the Resumption of Guitar and Bass Repairs and Changes to the Submission Process

This is an announcement from TCGAKKI and Advance Guitars.

We are pleased to announce that we are resuming the acceptance of instrument repair requests, but we have decided to introduce a lottery system.

We had previously suspended the acceptance of new repair requests in order to prioritize repairs for items in our in-store inventory—so we could deliver more products to our customers—and to give priority to repairs for instruments purchased from our store.
However, we have received numerous requests from customers asking us to resume repairs. In response to these requests, we have been exploring ways to accommodate them without exceeding our repair capacity.
As a result, we have decided to implement a lottery system to ensure a fair and efficient process for accepting repair requests.
While we regret that we cannot accommodate every customer’s request, we hope to be of service to you, even if only in small ways. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

The procedure for entering the repair service lottery is as follows:

Starting at 1:00 PM on the 1st of every month, “Repair Service Lottery Tickets” will be listed as products on our website.
Each lottery ticket is priced at 0 yen.
You can enter the lottery by ordering these tickets from our website.
Please note that the entry period runs from the 1st to the 7th of each month.
Important information regarding the entry process is listed on the product page, so please read it carefully before applying.
