How to Request Repairs

Repair requests are accepted by ordering the 'Repair Ticket' available on our store's website. This procedure applies equally to instruments purchased at our store and those purchased at other stores.

When using our repair service, please be sure to confirm the following details.

  1. Repairs are limited to instruments owned by the customer.
  2. We accept only one instrument per application.

  4. If we do not receive a response from you within one week of our initial contact date, your application will be automatically canceled. Please be advised in advance.

About Repair Drop-Off (Click for details)

・Instruments for repair must be the customer's personal property.
・Once you have agreed to the estimate and we have begun work, cancellation is not possible.
・If we are unable to reach you for over two weeks after contacting you regarding estimates or additional repairs following your repair request, we will halt the repair process and return the instrument to you collect. Furthermore, if any work has been performed up to that point, we will charge you for the corresponding labor costs via cash on delivery.
・If you do not pick up your repaired item within one month after receiving notification of completion, we will return it to you with shipping charges payable upon delivery.Furthermore, if the item is returned to our store and we send an email to the provided address requesting pickup, but receive no reply or specific instructions for pickup within 10 days (including if the COD shipment is returned twice), we will consider the item abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of the item at our discretion.You agree that the disposition of the consigned items is entirely at our discretion. (This also applies if we cannot reach you by phone or receive no reply to our emails.)
・If other malfunctions or symptoms are identified during the repair process, we may contact you regarding a change to the estimate amount.
・Depending on the repair work, an additional estimate fee may apply.
・If an estimate fee is incurred, you will be responsible for paying the estimate fee even if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
・We will perform repairs with the utmost care, but we cannot be held responsible for minor damage resulting from the work (such as small scratches or dents, slight discoloration or deterioration, etc.).
・Delivery dates may change due to various circumstances, including production processes.
・For repairs requiring part replacement, certain parts may not be available. In such cases, we will proceed using equivalent replacement parts.
・Parts deemed unusable after replacement will be disposed of unless specifically requested otherwise by the customer. Customers wishing to retain parts should indicate this in this document.
・In the event of damage occurring during storage due to unforeseen natural disasters or accidents, we will provide repair services; however, we cannot accept responsibility beyond that.
・If a defect occurs in the repaired area, we will repair it again. The repair warranty period is generally 90 days from the date of repair completion.
・When instruments are sent to us by mail for adjustments (such as setup changes based on the customer's playing preferences or feel), it may be difficult to determine the presence of a specific defect, as is the case with repairs.・If you wish to have your item readjusted, please contact us within one week of arrival. We will accommodate one readjustment at our expense, covering both ways shipping.
・Parts other than those repaired, as well as any parts provided by the customer, are not covered under warranty.
・We handle all items entrusted to us with the utmost care. However, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any minor scratches or changes in condition due to aging that may occur during storage.

Q. What is the delivery timeframe? Can you handle urgent repairs (same-day service)?

A. Standard turnaround time is approximately one to two weeks from receipt, but this may vary depending on the repair details and current workload.

Q. I live far away. Can I request repairs via shipping?

A. Yes, we accept mail-in repairs from all over the country.
After applying for a repair ticket, please send your instrument to our store.
Upon arrival, our repair technician will assess the condition and consult with you via email or phone regarding the repair plan.
We strive to provide the same peace of mind as in-person service, such as sending photos of the repair area as work progresses.

 

Q. What types of modifications (customizations) do you handle?

A. We can handle a wide range of services, including pickup replacements, wiring modifications, component installations, and adding specialized switches.
Even if you only have an abstract idea like "I want a thicker sound" or "I want to reduce noise," our experienced staff will propose specific customization options.

 

Q. What payment methods are available? Is installment payment possible?
