What kind of pedal is it this time?

 The Hercules was a model based on the motif of vintage RATs, and was completed by using our treasured children as references!

When you think of RATs, you probably imagine that powerful distortion sound.

The RAT is characterized by a texture that is a complex combination of fuzz, distortion, overdrive, and all other elements.

The RAT is commonly used with the gain turned down to a crunchy tone. Organic Sounds and we noticed that it is so common that it has become the mainstream now.

However, with RAT, the middle feeling/low sound is lost as the gain is reduced, so to speak, the weak point is overcome!

 It is distorted but has a good sense of separation and is jarringly pleasant! We are sure that there are many people who have wished there was a pedal like this.

 

Organic Sounds, who has respect and understanding for the original, says, "We don't want to make any changes. This is a wonderful pedal with a strong desire to "not to change the original" according to Organic Sounds, who has respect and understanding for the original!

The Hercules W is characterized by a silky sustain with just the right amount of violence and extension.
It is not too much but has a compressive feeling in the OD range, and it has good extension even at low gain.
I also have a feeling that I would like to release it as a new OD, not as a RAT revision!

It is very cool to use the RAT in an OD way, but I still feel the thickness of the mids is too thin.
