Generally, we have two days off per week in shifts.

Sales staff are required to work on busy Saturdays and Sundays.
In case of weddings, funerals, or special circumstances, they can take a day off if they apply in advance.
As for Wednesdays, which are our regular closing days, we will be closed on Wednesdays during the month for inventory, training, etc.1In the case of inventory, training, etc., the staff may work on Wednesdays, which are regular holidays, about once a month.
We rarely work overtime.
Shift changes and overtime work may be required in consideration of the nature of the work and other circumstances, but this is rare.
