楽器は通販で買っても大丈夫なの? - TC楽器 - TCGAKKI

Hello,Advance GuitarsofMochizukiis!

How do you usually purchase musical instruments?

Before I started working at ADVANCE, I used to go to music stores to buy instruments because I thought "I need to see and touch the instrument with my own eyes and hands...". I used to go to music stores to buy musical instruments.

What if there was an accidental neck breakage during shipping?"
"What if it's not what I imagined?"
I had never used mail order because of these concerns.

However, now that I am in a position to sell musical instruments by mail order, I no longer have that fear, and I no longer have any resistance to buying musical instruments by mail order.

I actually bought an instrument by mail order, and now I enjoy looking at Digimart and J-Guitar every day to find the instrument I want!

I am sure there are a few of you out there who have the same concerns I used to have, so I am going to share with you what we actually do at Advance Guitars,So, I would like to introduce the process and after-sales support we provide at Advance Guitars, from the time a mail order is placed to the time it is delivered!

First, when we receive your order, we do a final inspection of the guitar before shipping.
We replace the strings with new ones at the time of shipment.

So that you can enjoy playing right away,We deliver our products in perfect condition, including playing condition, so that you can enjoy playing immediately.

(2) The guitar will be placed in a case so that it will not move.
Strings are completely loosened, minimizing the load on the bridge and body.(3) Keep the strings completely loose to minimize the load on the bridge and body.

To avoid interference with the case, the head will not be covered with cushioning material.
The head will float in the hollow, causing cracking accidents. The head floats in the hollow to prevent cracking accidents.

Even if the instrument is secured in a cardboard box, if it moves inside the case, it can lead to unexpected accidents.
The top priority is to prevent the guitar from rattling around inside the case, so place cushioning material in the gaps and cover them with a lid.

*We are more careful when working with soft cases.

The guitar case is also an important item.
We cover the case with a plastic bag to prevent damage.

The guitar will be stored in a special acoustic guitar box that we have specially ordered.
Place a cushioning material underneath to cushion the impact on the bottom of the box.

(5) The product is placed inside, and U-shaped cardboard boxes specially made to prevent the product from moving inside are placed on both sides of the head.

⑥Finally, protect the top surface with cushioning material and check again to make sure that the contents will not move.
Each instrument is an important instrument that cannot be replaced.

We always keep in mind that we must deliver the instruments safely to our customers, and we pack and check them strictly without compromise.

(7) We close the seals and the packing is complete!

After the instruments have been packed thoroughly, they are delivered to the customer safely and promptly with the cooperation of the delivery company.

After purchasing an instrument, you may think that it has become difficult to play or that you need to have the instrument inspected due to seasonal changes.

Even if you live far away from us, we are happy to consult with you about maintenance/repair of your instrument! Please feel free to contact us by phone/e-mail/line.

We also offer a "6-day trial period after delivery", so please let us know if the instrument is different from your image after you receive it.

We have a thorough packaging and after-sales support system so that you can use our mail order service with peace of mind, so please take advantage of it!

By using mail order, you will have a wider choice of instruments, and you may be able to find the instrument you have in mind or the instrument you have always wanted!
